Our machines use a PLC and operator interface unit to store settings such as pack length, sealing temperatures and timings ensuring a seamless change-over when packing multiple products. Standard versions can store up to 10 programs, however, this can be increased if necessary.
The finish on the standard VFFS machines is a durable powder coat with all the product-contact parts made of stainless steel. The machine can be manufactured entirely in stainless steel as well as other food-grade and non-corrosive materials. We can advise on which material is suitable for your business.
All types of packaging films are compatible with these machines. This includes laminates, co-ex, polypropene, polythene and soluble film.
