Our History & Growth

Technosys PES Ltd was formed in 1995 when two engineers set themselves on a new path.

Starting as coffee machine service engineers, they expanded their client base into other sectors and have since grown into a sustainable packaging engineering business.

The team has grown but the quality products and customer service remains. We’ve developed a reputation in the industry for delivering innovative, long-lasting and reliable machines. Whilst maintaining this reputation we also push boundaries and test new designs ensuring we can extract the maximum efficiency from everything we produce.

Our Values

Our values are at the heart of every project.

We strive for efficiency. The move to automation is to meet demand; these machines must effectively reduce cost, human error and down-time, whilst increasing accuracy, reliability and therefore sales.

Our promise is quality. Our machines are designed and built in Gainsborough, UK. They are tailored ot the individual product and business and are built using top of the range material fit for purpose. We are ISO9001 accredited, showing we consistently meet regulatory quality requirements.

We deliver service. Not just during manufacturing and installation. We will take time to discuss your requirements and budgets, suggest ideas and make amendments, as well as providing after sales training and maintenance support.

We aim to create improved designs and solve issues within the packaging industry, whether that be increasing bags per minute, reducing fill time or enhancing packet quality.

We invest in our team as well as our machinery, creating apprenticeship opportunities we have new talent as well as experienced minds working together.
