Technosys is proud to be part of the Autopack group, bringing together our packaging engineering experience with a wider range of machinery, services and technical expertise.

Autopack supports manufacturers with everything from individual packaging machines to complete production lines, alongside installation, servicing and aftersales support. Our History & Growth

Technosys PES Ltd was formed in 1995 when two engineers set themselves on a new path.

Starting as coffee machine service engineers, they expanded their client base into other sectors and have since grown into a sustainable packaging engineering business.

The team has grown over the years, and today Technosys is part of the wider Autopack group. What hasn’t changed is our focus on quality machinery, practical engineering expertise and customer service. We’ve developed a reputation in the industry for delivering innovative, long-lasting and reliable machines. Whilst maintaining this reputation we also push boundaries and test new designs ensuring we can extract the maximum efficiency from everything we produce.

Our values are at the heart of every project.

We strive for efficiency. The move to automation is to meet demand; these machines must effectively reduce cost, human error and down-time, whilst increasing accuracy, reliability and therefore sales.

Our promise is quality. Our machines are designed and built in Gainsborough, UK. They are tailored ot the individual product and business and are built using top of the range material fit for purpose. We are ISO9001 accredited, showing we consistently meet regulatory quality requirements.

We deliver service. Not just during manufacturing and installation. We will take time to discuss your requirements and budgets, suggest ideas and make amendments, as well as providing after sales training and maintenance support.

Our mission is to deliver projects according to specification, deadline and client expectation. Naturally, we hope to surpass expectation and deliver an innovative solution to transform your business.

We aim to create improved designs and solve issues within the packaging industry, whether that be increasing bags per minute, reducing fill time or enhancing packet quality.

We invest in our team as well as our machinery, creating apprenticeship opportunities we have new talent as well as experienced minds working together.

We have been working with Technosys since 2010 when we (Joseph Dobson & Sons Ltd) purchased our first VFFS, bucket conveyor, multi-head, and gantry. Working with Technosys has been a pleasure and have purchased a further 5 packing lines. We still operate our first line which is working 16 hours per day, 4.5 days per week and 15 years on, going strong. I cannot fault Technosys in their quality machines, salesmanship, and technical assistance which is why I can strongly give them a five star rating.

Their team of highly skilled technicians have been instrumental in performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and providing emergency repairs to ensure minimal downtime in our production process.
